Objective

What is/are the goal/s of this ministry?

“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” (Prov 29:18)

 

Organisation

How is the ministry personnel organised to fulfill the objective?

“What is this thing that you are doing for the people? The thing that you do is no good… But you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.” (Exo 18:14-21)

 

Operations

What are the ministry programmes? How and when are they executed?

“Therefore, when I was planning this, did I do it lightly? Or the things I plan, do I plan according to the flesh?” (2 Cor 1:17)

 

Orders

Commitment and discipline in service.

“I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ… fulfill your ministry.”(2 Tim 4:1-5)

 

Ownership

Sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability.

“I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Phi 3:14)

 

Offering

Sacrifice of service to God.

“Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Cor 10:31)

 

Oneness

Unity of heart, both in individual and integrated ministry of the church.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! For there the LORD commanded blessing – life forevermore.” (Psa 133)
